IZOTEC GROUP: Project with a value of 2 million euro

08/17/2010

IZOTEC Group, head office in Savinesti (county of Neamt), has in process a large project of investments which foresees the completion of a new production hall, this being the first objective of a complex strategy of expansion. Nowadays, the company’s area of distribution is extended to a national level, the deliveries being completed both directly and indirectly by means of more than 200 dealers. Also, the completed products have been exported, starting with 2007, in Italy, Belgium and France. Below, the production manager of Izotec Group offers details regarding the business plan adopted in 2010.
Adrian Buga, production manager of Izotec Group: “The new production hall will be located on a surface of 2000 square meters in Savinesti, where we also have 2 similar production spaces, equipped with high quality tools. The output of the 3rd hall will be of 350 windows, doors, atypical forms (arches, triangles, trapezes and so on)”. To complete this project there funds of 2 million euro have been granted. The development strategy this years also means brushing up the staff, but also the extension of the sale team. We have also focused on the sorts offered. Thus we have especially invested in the adaptation of the models offered on the request of the external markets and we have got involved in the completion of new models of doors (sliding, harmonic and so on). At the same time, at the beginning of 2010, we launched on the market the High Tech window, with a constructive depth of 83mm, thermal transfer coefficient of 1,1 W/square meter. We also launched a new additional service, making for each traded window a calculus for the energetic efficiency. The assurance of a high level of quality is our first preoccupation, therefore, starting with 2008, we have implemented the EC mark, and since 2009, the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 integrated management. We think these measures will allow us in 2010 to register an increase of the turnover as compared to 2009.
